Why do people use pallets when using storage?
Pallets give your items separation from the cement floor that can get damp from humidity and weather that gets under or around the garage door.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access allows tenants to load and unload their belongings within just a few steps away from their vehicle to their storage unit.
Am I required to store long-term?
Store short or long-term at Isanti Self Storage. We lease units on a month-to-month basis.

What are the facility access hours?
Access is allowed between 6 AM and 10 PM

How do I cancel my storage rental?
Just send us an email with 15 days notice to, leasing@isantistorage.com notifying us which month you will be ending your rental, we will schedule your move-out. Then you will email, call, or text to let us know the unit has been emptied, and your lock has been removed and we will stop billing at that time.
How do I make my monthly payments?
Make your monthly payments online using ACH, debit card, credit card, or set up auto-pay and never have to think about paying.
How do I reserve a storage unit?
Reserve a storage unit online on our unit pricing page, or give us a call.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store perishables, weapons, food, flammable or hazardous items, stolen goods, living plants or animals. If you have questions about a specific item, give us a call.
How do I rent a storage unit?
Rent a unit by clicking RENT A UNIT on our website, fill out the required fields, complete the emailed e-sign rental agreement and start storing, or give us a call.

Why has insurance been added to my unit?
At Isanti Self Storage we feel everyone should have insurance protection, if it is worth storing, it's worth protecting.

What kind of lock should I use on my storage unit?
We recommend all units are secured with a quality disk lock. These locks also work best with the latches on the storage doors.
